The Claude Agent System is now distributed exclusively as a Claude Code plugin. The legacy script-based command system has been fully retired — 99 files removed, ~25,000 lines deleted.

• Plugin renamed from pcc to cas — existing users must uninstall and reinstall
• Legacy system removed — .claude/commands/, .claude/workflows/, .claude/middleware/, .claude/agents/, and setup scripts deleted
• Script install path removed — setup-claude-agent-system.sh and setup-claude-agent-system.ps1 are gone
