Windows and Linux release candidate

This release validates the cross-platform audio runtime fixes on Windows and Linux.

Included artifacts

• Windows 10/11 x64: CamelHot_Setup.exe
• Linux x86_64: CamelHot-x86_64.AppImage

Validation

• Frozen runtime smoke test passed on Windows and Linux.
• Audio-analysis dependencies are included: librosa, NumPy, SciPy, SoundFile, audioread, imageio-ffmpeg, Numba and llvmlite.

Known limitation

macOS is intentionally not included in this pre-release. Public macOS distribution remains blocked until Apple Developer signing and notarization credentials are configured.
