Initial public release of Telegram Dev: a development skill and documentation MCP for Codex, Claude Code and Cursor.

  • Project installer connects both MCP and the skill while preserving existing settings.
  • Claude Code repository-backed plugin catalog included.
  • Official Telegram documentation can be fetched on demand into a persistent local cache.
  • Guidance covers API selection, colored buttons, custom emoji, media, Mini Apps and client APIs.
  • MIT license for project code and authored instructions.

Download telegram-dev-v0.2.0.zip and follow README.ru.md or README.md. Install uv first.

This is an experimental release. The public package starts with an empty cache; it does not bundle the earlier development documentation snapshot. OpenAI/Cursor store submissions have not been made. Seven local tests and a live empty-cache MCP fetch/search check passed; see GitHub Actions for platform checks. Native application UI activation must still be verified after installation.
