Added

• Ellipse tool in the pixel editor; Shift = perfect circle/square, Ctrl = grow from center (works for rectangle too)
• Secondary color on right mouse button (like in Paint) + optional "RMB eraser" mode
• Eyedropper switches back to pencil after picking a color
• Shape preview outline - erasing and white-on-white drawing are now visible
• Reworked palette workflow: Recompute rebuilds the palette, editing a swatch only recolors (exact, no drift), Apply colors redistributes them
• Pipeline auto-cascade - re-pixelizing recomputes palette, dithering and effects automatically (Edit -> Auto-cascade, can be turned off)
• Double-click a slider label to type an exact value
• English README, new app icon

Fixed

• Changing effect/dither settings no longer reverts the image to its old size after re-pixelization
• Pixel editor no longer scrolls to top when clicking after scrolling
• Ctrl+Z / Ctrl+Y / Ctrl+V / Esc now work in detached windows
• Dithering applies to the whole image on top of 3D effects, not only to effect shadows
• Reapplying a palette is idempotent - no more progressive image distortion
