2026-07-18 보고서가 이미 고쳐진 결함을 계속 열린 것으로 보고하고 있었다. 원본 평가는
verbatim 보존하고 날짜 찍힌 재평가 절을 덧붙인다 (실행 명령으로 재검증한 항목만 해소 표기).
해소: Critical1 평문 HMAC(회귀 가드 CI 상주) / Critical2 PSA(NOTES.txt remediation 문서화)
