Plan §2 D11 (postgres-operator HANDOFF #19 머지 후속). operator-commons v0.6.0 은 RFC-0018 의 `SetAvailable` + `SetReadyFalse` 슈가 추가. 본 bump 후 PR-A7 (`internal/controller/status.go` 의 setCondition → commons SetReady 위임, 도메인 ConditionType 보존, finalizer 비대칭 보존) 진입 가능.
