KeibiDrop v0.4.4
The serving side in a container
A box that stays on, a NAS, a mini PC or a home server, can now be the serving side of a share. docker/ holds the Dockerfile, a compose file, an Unraid template and the notes. The image is ghcr.io/keibisoft/keibidrop for amd64 and arm64, built by this release. The laptop mounts the folder from anywhere and reads on demand. Connecting from a laptop behind a home router to a box with an open port
This topology failed on every join. Three connect-path fixes, each with a test:
- The joiner waits up to 60 s for the creator on its bridge leg. The 0.4.2 hardening had bounded it to 3 s, while a creator with an open port needs 15 s to give up its direct dial.
- An empty accept window keeps a fresh reachable verdict from the relay probe, so a box that waits for its peer keeps offering direct connections.
- The creator keeps its bridge leg open between rounds. A closed leg left a room at the bridge that paired the next joiner with a dead socket.
tests/integration_bridge_corpse_test.go reproduces the race on the mock bridge; the mock relay now answers /probe.
