- OpenRouter-only enforcement for Grok and GLM models
- These models are only available on OpenRouter, not Azure/AWS/Google/etc.
- In mixed provider mode, routing these models to non-OpenRouter providers now shows a clear error
- Runtime routing automatically uses OpenRouter regardless of global provider setting
