Fix pluginval failures: latency reporting and parameter thread safety

- Report latency (kFFTSize=2048) in constructor so hosts that query
  before prepareToPlay see the correct value instead of 0
- Defer setValueNotifyingHost calls in parameterChanged via
  MessageManager::callAsync to avoid re-entering APVTS notification
  machinery, fixing the 30s timeout in pluginval parameter thread safety
- Bump version to 0.0.2
