Cache Dependency Fixes

The PageContextRepository, when getting PageIdentity from the dictionary didn't add the proper Dependency Key for the item.

Additionally, when retrieving Typed content, the Linked Items Dependency Keys were not being added, so added that logic to the MappedContentItemRepository
