🐛 Bug Fixes

• YZE single-action icons not showing on tokens — Fixed action status effects (action1–action9) not painting their icon on the token when the Year Zero Engine action tracker applied them. The effect was applied correctly — it showed on the character sheet's Effects tab and marked the action in the combat turn tracker — but the token overlay icon didn't draw. This is the same v4.0.1/v14 token-overlay behavior that was addressed for encumbrance in 3.0.0; the shared status-effect helper now applies effects through Foundry's native toggle so the icon draws reliably.
