First release of KermoLauncher.

Launcher (Windows x64, single-file .exe):

  • Game library from a public Nextcloud share (metadata.json + per-game manifest.json)
  • Install with SHA-256 verification and parallel downloads
  • Delta updates - only changed files are downloaded
  • Playtime tracking, themes, i18n (EN/PL)
  • Auto-update via GitHub Releases

Admin Tool (Windows x64, in the zip):

  • Scan game folders, generate manifests and catalog
  • Delta uploads to Nextcloud (compares hashes against the remote manifest)
  • metadata.json is written into the scanned folder automatically

Assets:

  • KermoLauncher-1.0.0-win-x64.exe - the launcher (auto-update compatible)
  • KermoLauncher.AdminTool.zip - publisher tool (extract and run)
