Cursor-Based Pagination (#1)

Implements cursor-based pagination following MCP protocol guidelines to prevent token overflow when handling large result sets.

Features:

  • 🔄 Pagination support for all major tools: list_types, get_type_info, get_assembly_info, search_types, get_type_fields
  • 📊 Optimized page size (10 items per page) to stay within MCP client token limits
  • 🎯 Smart response optimization: first request returns all data, subsequent pages return only paginated results
  • ⚠️ Proper error handling for invalid cursors (MCP error code -32602)
  • 📈 Response metadata includes total_count, returned_count, and nextCursor

Cursor format: Opaque base64-encoded JSON tokens containing offset and page size

Wildcard Search Enhancement (#2)

Improved the search_types tool with proper wildcard pattern matching.

Features:

  • ✨ Regex-based wildcard support: Controller (suffix), Player (prefix), Manager (contains)
  • 📝 Better documentation explaining wildcard behavior against FullName (namespace.TypeName)
  • 🔍 Fallback to substring matching when no wildcards are present

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed wildcard search treating * as literal character instead of wildcard pattern
  • Resolved token overflow issues with large types containing hundreds of fields/properties

  • Default page size carefully tuned from 100 → 50 → 10 to prevent token overflow
