fix: Refactors to hybrid line/timeout serial port reading

Replaces fixed-length frame reading with a hybrid approach, handling both newline-terminated frames and frames defined by a timeout.

This change improves the versatility of the serial port debugger, allowing it to process data from various sources without requiring a fixed frame length.

The new approach reads data in chunks, buffers it, and processes complete lines when found. If a timeout occurs and the buffer is not empty, the remaining data is treated as a complete frame.

Also uses Rust's built-in `escape_default` for more robust character escaping when displaying raw data. Empty frames are now ignored to avoid processing artifacts.
