What's changed

  • Explain CPU caps as cores first, with the raw cpulimit percentage shown second
  • Clamp the slider to this Mac's actual logical CPU count instead of a fixed 1800% ceiling

Initial public release of ThrottleBar, a macOS menu bar app for app-level CPU limiting via cpulimit.
