K4IniReader v1.2.0

General changes:

• Sections and keys are now case-insensitive.
• Boolean values are always converted to lowercase.
• The optional parameters used to pre-allocate hash map memory are now both set to 0 by default.
• Improved robustness of INI parsing.
• Minor code cleanup, optimizations, and added const correctness.

New features:

• Added support for binary (0b), octal (0o), and hexadecimal (0x) numerical bases when reading integers.
• Added a boolean check to see if the INI file loaded successfully: if (iniReader) { ... }.

Fixes:

• Invalid boolean values now return the default value (previously always returned false).
• Partial numeric conversions no longer silently return incorrect values; the default value is returned if conversion fails.
