Major DABOM update

This update makes DABOM much more flexible in terms of being able to create a JAGS model, the input data, set the initial values, etc. for any parent-child table the user can create. The only site-specific functions remaining are related to multiplying the transition probabilities when summarizing the DABOM MCMC list.
