Added

  • Explicit MCP tool annotations and JSON-RPC tools/list discovery on the existing HTTP call endpoint. Auth, burst and monthly limits, feedback gates, and usage accounting remain in place.
  • MCP cloud typecheck, tests, and build now run on pull requests.

Fixed

  • Importing the cloud app no longer starts a listening server, allowing the ordinary test command to finish without forced exit. Direct startup remains supported; HOST can select a bind address.

Decision

  • Ship catalog annotations for #128. Keep force-push permission denials unchanged; an interactive PreToolUse confirmation policy requires separate destination-aware and cross-client validation. Annotations are descriptive hints, not permission grants.
