• feat: Set default metadata mark 0x80 for prefer_domain opt-out control
  • All connections now get mark 0x80 by default (unless an inbound pre-sets the mark)
  • Outbounds can use prefer_domain: {"mark": "0x80/0x80"} to apply prefer_domain by default
  • Rules can opt specific connections out with "action": "route-options", "mark": 0
