Flush conntrack on policy switch
Added an opt-in "Interrupt existing connections" checkbox in the web UI (enabled by default). When checked, switching a device's policy will flush its conntrack entries immediately, forcing all existing connections to re-route under the new policy rather than waiting for natural timeout.
Behaviour:
- Flush failure is non-fatal — the policy switch still applies, a warning is logged
- Works for both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses associated with the device
