LineageOS 18.1 for the GPD XD+ — 20260817

Unofficial LineageOS 18.1 build for the GPD XD+ (xdplus), user variant.

Installing

One zip, which writes system, boot and vendor. Install per docs/INSTALL.md. It writes boot, so re-apply Magisk afterwards if you are rooted.

⚠️ This release turns on encryption of /data, which requires erasing it. There is no in-place conversion, so coming from 20260804 is a wipe rather than an update — back up anything you care about first. A device whose /data is still plaintext comes back to recovery after the install until /data is wiped.

ℹ️ This package was republished on 2026-08-18. It previously shipped as two zips, the build and a -CAMFREE zip meant to add the vendor partition. The -CAMFREE zip carried a vendor image but never wrote it, and the image it carried was two revisions out of date. The system side is unchanged from what was originally published; the package now installs the vendor half as well.
