[Social] Reserve and configure canonical SightAdapt public profiles

Objective

Reserve a small number of project-controlled public identities so users can distinguish the official project from unrelated or future uses of the same name.

Candidate handles

Prefer, in order:

1. SightAdapt
2. SightAdaptApp
3. SightAdaptOSS

Acceptance criteria

• Select only channels that will be maintained, rather than creating many abandoned accounts.
• Evaluate at least Bluesky, Mastodon, LinkedIn, YouTube and Reddit for project relevance.
• Reserve the most consistent available handle on selected channels.
• Use the approved name, icon, description and canonical URL.
• Link each profile back to https://sightadapt.aiteracja.pl/ and the GitHub repository.
• Publish an initial post identifying the official open-source project and repository.
• Avoid unsupported medical, compatibility or endorsement claims.
• Document account owners, recovery methods and two-factor authentication outside the public repository.
• Add official profile links to the website only after they are configured and secured.
• Define an inactivity/archive policy so abandoned profiles do not appear authoritative indefinitely.
• Record exact profile URLs in the project tracker.

Manual step

Profile creation and account verification require interactive access to each selected service.
