• Search relevant patent families for per-window visual transformation, screen magnification color effects, automatic foreground correction, popup-menu-specific correction, overlay filtering and recursive-capture prevention.
• Review active claims, ownership, expiration, territorial coverage and legal status.
• Map potentially relevant claims to the implemented product behavior.
• Document design-around options for material risks.
• Obtain a written freedom-to-operate opinion from a qualified patent attorney or patent professional.
• Keep privileged analysis outside the public repository and record only a non-confidential decision summary.
• Repeat the review when major rendering, capture, automation or platform mechanisms are introduced.
• Avoid public statements guaranteeing that the product is patent-free or non-infringing without professional support.
