C reflection API has no apparent way to obtain per entrypoint information

While trying to reflect information on SPVC_RESOURCE_TYPE_STAGE_OUTPUT I realized that in a multi entrypoint file, there would be no way to differentiate which stage the resource is associated with.

Then I also noticed that `spvc_compiler_get_execution_model` doesn't seem to work with multi entry points.
