OMNI WPS AsyncSniffer timeout crash fixed (was breaking every OMNI run at the WPS stage, not just WEP targets). Removed an internal-tool-naming log line from chopchop. scan.py gains manufacturer (OUI) lookup and rx_quality signal-quality tracking, cherry-picked from source_cherrypick.c / scapy's built-in manuf DB.
