Usage:

Layout:

LayoutLibrary.CLI layout.bflyt (converts to xml)
LayoutLibrary.CLI layout.bflyt.xml (converts back to bflyt)

Animations:

LayoutLibrary.CLI anim.bflan (converts to xml)
LayoutLibrary.CLI anim.bflan.xml (converts back to bflan)
