- Added offline browsing for visited chats, so you can now open the chat list, message history, link previews, polls, reactions, stickers, custom emoji and cached small files without a connection
- Added cache management by category and chat, so you can now see what uses storage, clear selected categories or single chats and set separate retention periods for private chats, groups, channels and stories
- Added in-window media for articles, so you can now open photos and videos from an article without leaving the article window
- Changed how theme editing works; it now opens a theme creator dialog with searchable color categories, opacity, reference colors, previews and per-color reset, and keeps unsaved drafts across restarts
- Changed how downloads and updates appear in the chat list; the header download button animates and shows a count while files load, and a ready update appears as a button next to it that opens the release notes with update and skip actions
- Changed how ghost mode and streamer mode settings are saved; each account now keeps its own settings
- Changed how media viewers close; clicking empty space no longer closes them, and the in-window and article viewers can be moved by dragging their top bar
- Changed the default chat background; it now uses a neutral gray in both light and dark themes
- Improved file messages, which now show complete file names on multiple lines instead of cutting out the middle
- Improved page and panel transitions, which now fade in place instead of sliding, and the emoji panel moves into and out of the side column with the same animation as the info panel
- Improved media viewer menus, which now follow the light or dark app theme
- Improved settings previews, which now share the page background and show the sticker preview above its size slider
- Improved the sticker panel hover effect, which now darkens only the sticker itself like sticker suggestions
- Improved chat folders, which now show chat avatars right away the first time a folder is opened
- Improved drawer element settings, which now explain in the title that items can be long-pressed and dragged to reorder
- Removed app icon customization; choosing an alternative app icon is no longer available
- Removed the photo label from the media viewer header; single photos no longer show the generic Photo entry
- Fixed an issue with chat folders at startup that previously left no folder selected when All Chats was hidden and briefly showed hidden chats
- Fixed an issue with the forwarding dialog that previously caused it to drift downward when its list was short
- Fixed an issue with search in dialogs that previously caused the search bar, folder tabs and list to jump after the dialog opened
- Fixed an issue with read receipts in message menus that previously showed a single checkmark instead of a double one

- Changed how settings pages look; they are now a borderless list with accent group titles, thin lines between groups, consistent row insets and icons, and three unified font sizes, in both light and dark themes and with any accent color
- Changed how settings search looks; the search field now floats over a blurred window backdrop, results appear in a separate rounded card, and clicking outside closes it
- Changed how dialogs look; every dialog now has a title and a single close button at the top right, option lists share one style, section dividers are replaced with spacing, and rows no longer highlight on hover while their controls or text darken instead
- Changed how automatic downloads, language, file confirmation, archive, login and power saving settings open; they now appear as native dialogs instead of embedded settings pages
- Changed how the proxy dialogs work; the list now has a Use proxy switch with a status line and one list for the system proxy, saved servers, adding a proxy and pasting a link, and the editor uses a type dropdown, borderless filled inputs, a warning card and can fill the form from a copied link
- Changed how profile info looks; sections have accent titles and thin dividers, the members header shows the count with search and add buttons, member ranks appear as colored chips, action buttons are borderless with accent icons, the side panel offers More and Call, and actions shown as buttons no longer repeat in the More menu
- Changed how the info sidebar opens and closes; it now enters as a floating card and shrinks away on close without the chat area jumping
- Changed how shared media from a chat profile looks; it now opens as a wider gallery with select and calendar buttons in the top bar, a header with the media type and count, zoom buttons or inline search, rounded tiles and compact selection checkboxes, and Saved Messages uses the same layout
- Changed how downloads are filtered; a row of type tiles with colored icons and counts under a gallery header replaces the category tabs
- Changed how searching inside a chat works; it now opens a find bar in place of the message field with a result counter, older and newer arrows, a results list, type and sender filters and jump to date, and secondary tools collapse into a menu on narrow windows
- Changed how search fields look; they are now borderless and float with a thin outline and a soft shadow, the search icon turns to the accent color on focus, and searches in profiles, media panels, admin logs, message archives, pickers, location, templates and editors open from an icon in their own row while titles and navigation stay visible
- Changed how article windows look; they now follow the window background and rounded corners of the main window, and article search is a floating capsule at the bottom
- Changed how the emoji and sticker panel looks; tabs are compact icon and text tabs, the active emoji category shows its name next to redrawn category icons, recent emoji use a clock icon, emoji set lists use borderless radios, sticker management uses the same tabs, and sticker and GIF search no longer takes focus from the message field
- Changed how horizontal tabs look; they now use thin underlines without separators, trending counters are aligned with the tab text, zero counts are hidden and large counts show as 999+
- Changed how icon-only buttons respond; hover and click effects now use rounded squares instead of circles
- Changed how interface colors look; scroll bars, window frames, corners and separators now use neutral colors that no longer follow the accent color, and the divider under the chat and archive top bars and the gap below the title bar are removed
- Changed how chat navigation looks; opening chats from links, topics, saved lists and back navigation now fades in place without shifting sideways

- Changed how custom notification popups look; they are now compact cards with a centered avatar, a themed background and close and reply buttons, and the notification settings offer a new Notification style choice between Cards and Stack
- Changed how the chat list updates; chats now animate to their new position when a new message, draft or pin reorders the list, and removed chats animate away instead of vanishing instantly
- Changed how login steps transition; each step now fades in place, keeping QR codes and status labels live instead of sliding from a frozen snapshot
- Changed how jumping to a chat from a notification looks; the transition now fades in place without the horizontal shift
- Changed how in-window video playback controls are placed; they now stay centered above the thumbnail strip or the bottom edge regardless of video size and zoom
- Changed the archive entry in the main menu drawer; the custom archive item is removed and only the official archive button remains, which now follows the drawer archive setting, shows the archive unread counter, opens the archive on click, opens it in a separate window with Ctrl+click, shows the folder context menu on right click and hides when the archive is empty
- Added double click zoom for photos in the in-window media viewer; double clicking the photo switches between the default size and a zoomed view anchored at the cursor, and another double click returns back
- Fixed a crash in the in-window media viewer header when showing a forwarded message from a hidden sender, which users hit while flipping through media
- Fixed a crash when the message was deleted while its message shot preview was open
- Fixed a crash when media menu or burn-after-read actions ran after the message was removed
- Fixed a crash when the source messages disappeared while the forwarding selector was open
- Fixed an issue where a story could no longer be opened after the ghost mode prompt if it expired while the confirmation box was open

- Changed how photos and videos open on Windows; they now open inside the app window by default over a blurred backdrop, with sender information and actions at the top, round previous and next buttons, and a thumbnail strip with a position counter; you can turn off this behavior in settings
- Added opening, closing and full-screen transitions to the in-window media viewer, so you can now follow media as it expands from its chat thumbnail and returns to it, or fades in place when the thumbnail is out of view; full screen keeps the app window in place, uses a dimmed system blur backdrop, and lets you return to the window with Esc
