MinfEditor is a revival of my old tool MinfPatcher, designed to be better in every way than MinfPatcher

Differences from MinfPatcher
-Ability to edit the Action of the Mtninf
-Ability to save the mtninf as a new file
-Uses NumericUpDown instead of textboxes for the Start Frame and End Frame

(The LinkLabel currently has no code behind it, i'll change this in a later update, estimated to be today)
