dsh-compaction-instant v0.1.3

  • Default checkpointCap raised 32,768 → 65,536 (64K) — measured sweet spot for tool-dense sessions: ~2.5× more retention (0.88% → 2.2%) at 5.5% of a 1M context, still below the tool-row cliff (~96K)
  • README: measured compression rates from real sessions (no-drop percentages)
