Toolbar Button states cause pixel shifting

Describe the bug
When toggling Visible buttons in the toolbar they will cause a pixel shift depending on their state.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Load up a dataset with annoations
2. Toggle the visible button on/off and look closely at the left/right

Expected behavior
No Pixel Shifting left/right
