Switch to API key, change API for elevation
getZ: Fetch elevations (da. koter) from the WMS dhm instead of the deprecated REST service HentKoter.
getZ: May throw DHMParseError.

API_DHM_WCS_BASEURL: (BREAKING configuration change) This property in the auth parameter (given to getTerrainGeoTIFF and getTerrainByBbox) must point to the updated dhm_wcs WCS at https://wcs.datafordeler.dk instead of the old location https://services.datafordeler.dk. The new location accepts authentication via API key instead of user name and password.
API_DHM_WMS_BASEURL: (BREAKING configuration change) This new property must exist in the auth parameter (given to getZ). This property must point to the dhm WMS at https://wms.datafordeler.dk.
API_DHM_BASEURL: This property in the auth parameter is no longer used (previously pointed to the HentKoter service).
API_DHM_KEY: (BREAKING configuration change) This new property must exist in the auth parameter (given to getZ, getTerrainGeoTIFF and getTerrainByBbox). This property must contain your API key for free services on the Datafordeler.
API_DHM_TOKENA and API_DHM_TOKENB: These properties in the auth parameter are no longer used.
postSTAC, getDHM and post: (BREAKING CHANGE) These internal functions are no longer exposed.
