Windows fix release: proper display scaling.
On screens set to 150% scale (typical 14-inch laptops), the panel looked compacted: text follows the monitor's scale but the panel's layout did not, so larger text was squeezed into unenlarged boxes. The panel, account rows, countdown ring and the Add/Edit dialog now all scale to the monitor's DPI, so the app looks the same at 100%, 125%, 150% or any other setting — just proportionally sized.

Upgrading: run the new setup — it replaces the old version in place; accounts are untouched. On displays at 125%+ the panel will appear slightly larger than before; that is the corrected size.
