adds spawn and pipe-throughput benchmarks for the newly implemented subprocess support, making its performance against asyncio and uvloop visible and reproducible (something i did as i was trying this out w a downstream fastapi app)
it does add ~1.4s to the total bench, so could reconsider but felt pertinent
