Changes
-Enables fallback proxy site in case the main nebula site is unreacheable for you. Sometimes users could not download the repo file or access the nebula api.
-It is not longer needed to manually set the library folder on first use
-Quick start guide was updated, it not longer forces you to set a library path or wait for flags.
-If you run out of space because you ran out of space during mod upload, a message will be displayed.
Android Version
Will be added in the future in this release. Keep using v1.3.10 for now.
