Summary

Build the reproducible HotMem showcase selected by the OpenClaw compatibility spike.

Scope

• Implement only the architecture selected by the OpenClaw compatibility spike.
• Provide a clean local setup and teardown path.
• Use safe fixture data, never real credentials or personal data.
• Demonstrate import or integration, retrieval, provenance visibility, and restart behavior.
• Document limitations and the exact OpenClaw version tested.
• Add smoke coverage for the chosen boundary.

Acceptance criteria

• A fresh user can reproduce the showcase from documented prerequisites.
• The demo uses a declared tested OpenClaw version.
• Behavior matches the decision from the spike.
• Imported content retains source identity.
• The showcase does not imply unimplemented sync, encryption, or universal backend replacement.
