Theme Forge Stellar Loom 0.2.0 adds the five-layer Theme v2 CSS compiler, semantic catalog identity, component and code presentation envelopes, accents, font policy and exchange-v2 local recompilation. Theme v1 remains supported. Invalid structural choices fail closed.

The qualified consumer target is Astro 7.3.1 with Starlight 0.42.0. The tfsl and tfsl-batch interfaces remain available. Homebrew availability is separate and must only be announced after the tap is published and authenticated.

The attached package/application and composed source archive are the qualified release bytes. SHA256SUMS binds the attached assets; the SBOMs describe their scanned surfaces and do not establish exhaustive native component discovery. No intermediate 0.1.1 publication is required.
