What's New

MTM parameter support

Click_Handler now recognizes Matomo Tag Manager query parameters (mtm_source, mtm_medium, mtm_campaign, mtm_keyword, mtm_content, mtm_group, mtm_cid) as fallbacks for their UTM equivalents. Priority: stored value > UTM param > MTM param.

New fields: Id and Group

Two new UTM dimensions — Id (_utm_id, from utm_id/mtm_cid) and Group (_utm_source_platform, from utm_source_platform/mtm_group) — are stored, displayed in both admin list tables, and included in campaign reporting and CSV export.

Click-time field population

Empty UTM meta fields are automatically populated from incoming query parameters when a tracking URL is clicked. Already-stored values are never overwritten.
