Version 1.0.0 Prerelease 1

While not a full release of 1.0.0, as I think there's still a couple of logic issues with Item Box Sanity and a few things I want to look at tidying up/improving, this at least gives people the ability to use the updated stuff without building the mod and apworld manually. 0.1.2 has been broken slightly ever since FP2Lib gained its custom item stuff, as it broke the thing I was doing to stop the shop from sorting.
