Progress and pages read?

I've finished my first book with KOReader and I noticed that it says it's 100% completed, though not all pages are read. Also in KOInsight it only says 99% progress.

I've read from page 1 to the very end of the book (the end status screen of KOReader appeared).

Can anyone tell me how I can make sure all pages are recognized as read? It's especially annoying in KOInsight for me.
