Command Room — v2.7.26

Claude as your chief of staff. Turns a folder of notes, transcripts, and emails into an executive workspace. Daily loop: morning briefing, inbox triage, meeting prep, follow-up ritual. Writing: emails, Slack, memos, one-pagers, board updates — voice-calibrated to you. Memory layer: decision log, insights, weekly audit. Per-workspace skills generate from your own context.

This repo is the pinned v2.7.26 marketplace. Each Command Room release ships as its own GitHub repo / Cowork marketplace — every install gets a clean cache, no update-cache fights with prior versions.

Install

1. Open Cowork → Settings (gear icon) → Plugins
2. Paste KobeLives/commandroom2726 into the marketplace input and press Add
3. Find the command-room card under Personal → Local uploads → commandroom2726
4. Click + to install
5. Close Settings and start a new session

What's new in v2.7.26

Daily Command Center split into Daily Today + Daily Meetings. The unified DCC hit Cowork's relay budget after v2.7.19 added refresh-resilience bytes; v2.7.26 mirrors v2.7.14's Workspace Map split pattern to give each artifact its own cap budget.

• Daily Today — calendar live + What matters expanded (priority/risk/stuck/anomaly + new inbox highlights). Triage Inbox button fires triage my inbox chat skill.
• Daily Meetings — Granola recap, last 30 days, with process-status filter chips.
• DCC retired — keeps working if pinned, but new installs get the two-artifact split. Migration nudge surfaces during update my command room.
• Inbox dashboard cut — replaced by the Triage button on Daily Today + inbox highlights inside What matters + the existing triage my inbox chat skill.

Updating to a future version

Each release is a new marketplace URL (e.g. KobeLives/commandroom2727 for v2.7.27). To upgrade, remove this marketplace from Cowork and add the new one. Clean install every time.
