Rack Studio tester prerelease

This release is published for dual-face patch-panel authoring tests. It preserves stored hardware templates and existing device layout snapshots; editing a legacy block upgrades only the selected face. Do not promote the 1.8.2 line to stable until the beta confirmations and complete real-Proxmox guest matrix/soak pass.
