Switched to Batch file

By using a .bat stub wrapper, the script can now be run with a more intuitive double-click. Additionally updated README to reflect the new file type.

Script can now be downloaded directly from the release, rather than having to extract it from the source tarball.

Now downloads the khaldun.net client rather than the generic OpenSpy one.

A simple script to get Kohan: Ahriman's Gift up and running on modern PCs.
To use, download setup-script.ps1 and move it to your KAG game folder. Then, right click on it and select "Run with Powershell". This script isn't signed, so you'll need to allow it to run in the security popup.
