Implement Google Drive cloud sync functionality with configuration management

  • Added Google Drive synchronization capabilities to the GUI, allowing users to enable/disable cloud sync, connect/disconnect Google Drive, and set retention months for backups.
  • Introduced a new google_drive module to handle OAuth authentication, file uploads, and management of backup files on Google Drive.
  • Created an AppConfig struct to manage application settings, including cloud sync preferences, and implemented loading/saving of these settings to a JSON file.
  • Enhanced the GUI state to reflect cloud sync status and progress, providing real-time feedback to users during synchronization operations.
  • Updated the application version to 0.4 to reflect the addition of cloud sync features.
