[2.9.0] — 2026-09-15 — list_drafts works again, on the API's draft summaries

Senti US-46.49 made GET /api/v1/drafts return summaries by default, and 2.8.1 failed on
every list_drafts call against them. The tool now asks for the summary by name and returns it
as its own output; the cut it used to make is the server's now
(US-9.1, CONTEXT D49).
This release also carries the retirement of the development API host, which changed tests and
documentation only (CONTEXT D48,
US-2.15).

Fixed

• list_drafts works again. The Senti API now returns draft summaries by default (Senti
  US-46.49), and 2.8.1 failed on every call against them.

Changed

• list_drafts requests ?view=summary, so the server no longer sends up to 10 MiB of source
  for this tool to discard.
• list_drafts output adds sourceSha256, compileLogBytes, logTruncated and
  attachments[].updatedAt, and the text states each draft's source hash and compile-log size.
  notes is kept and is now always empty.
• npm run test:smoke targets production, https://api.sentitrade.xyz, unless
  SENTI_API_BASE_URL is set. With SENTI_SMOKE_WRITES=1 it now creates and deletes a real
  draft on production.
• The README and docs/SETUP.md no longer suggest a development value for
  SENTI_API_BASE_URL, and the unverified-pairing caveat is gone: a dashboard-issued key is
  verified against the default base URL.

Removed

• PENDING from lastCompileStatus in get_draft, list_drafts and the draft write tools.
  No server ever sent it, and the API no longer declares it.
