Monghoul 1.7.0
App Menu
- Settings moved to a drawer — clicking "Monghoul v…" in the footer now opens a spacious side drawer instead of a cramped popover, gathering About, the update check, the GitHub link, and all your preferences in one place.
Customize Interface
- Hide what you don't use — a new Interface section in the app menu lets you hide parts of the UI for a more minimalist workspace; your choices are saved across restarts.
- Footer & sidebar — independently hide footer items (background tasks, Hotkeys, Theme selector, Logs, MCP, License badge) and sidebar sections (Favorite Queries, Pinned Collections, the New Folder button).
- Result views & header — turn off result view modes you never use (Tree, Table, Explain, Chart, Raw, Visual — at least one non-chart view always stays available), and hide the result header or just parts of it (view switcher, result count, Export, Fullscreen, the Load-more bar).
- Context menus — hide secondary right-click actions across the sidebar, tabs, and result documents, such as Import/Export, Generate Data, Cluster Monitor, Split/Detach, Copy key/path, Filter by value, and Clone/Insert document.
- Nothing is lost — hiding is non-destructive: hidden actions still work through their keyboard shortcut or the command palette where one exists.
