Codex Switcher v0.1.3

本次更新（从 v0.1.1 升级）主要完善了对 Free 账号的支持，并修复了相关的显示问题。

✨ 新特性
完善 Free 账号支持：
账号列表新增 FREE 筛选按钮，现在可以快速筛选出免费账号。
为 Free 账号适配了专属的配额显示逻辑（仅显示单一的周限额），不再错误显示 "5H 限额"。

🐛 问题修复
修复了 Dashboard (仪表盘) 页面中，Free 账号错误显示双重配额（5h 和周配额）的问题。现在 Free 账号在仪表盘中将正确显示单一的 "限额" 进度条。
修复了账号列表中 Free 账号配额显示冗余的问题。

另外添加了个丑丑的白色主题，想切换回暗色可以去设置界面修改。
