• new: qcrypt, a wrapper for openssl / gpg to encrypt a file or stream with a password
• iTerm2 shell integration script now active by default (should not cause problems in modern terminals, adds features in supporting terminals)
• vscode shell integration script added, has precedence if vscode terminal detected
