v0.21.1 — the unattended updater delivers settings changes
Fixed
- The unattended updater never delivered settings changes.
.claude/settings.jsonis consumer-owned, socopier updatenever touches it; a release that adds a hook or a settings key reaches a company only throughreconcile-settings.py.sync-from-coreandauto-syncalways ran it, but the script-based driver introduced in v0.19 (opos-auto-update.mjs, thesync-oposjob) did not — so no settings change since v0.19 reached any company unattended. Measured on the canary: v0.21.0 applied, itsUserPromptSubmithook andautoCompactWindowabsent. The driver now runs the merge aftercopier update, inside the same commit. Unchanged contract: it only adds missing non-permission keys, never overwrites a value the company set, and never writes permissions.
Companies that already applied v0.20.x or v0.21.0 unattended receive the missing keys with this release.
