One consumer-proposed fix (#65).

Fixed

  • adopt-proposal deleted every bundle file except SKILL.md and PROCESS.md (#65). Step 4 moved only those two files into intended_placement: and then deleted the bundle folder. Anything else the design shipped was lost with it: a routine prompt, a launch checklist, a build spec, nested bundles, and the cover sheet PROPOSAL.md with its consultation record and UNVERIFIED list. Step 2 now lists every file in the bundle folder, nested bundles included, with where each one will land, so the human sees all of it before deciding. Step 4 moves every bundle file except the cover sheet into the placement, moves the cover sheet to <placement>/proposal-record.md so the decision record survives, and deletes the bundle folder only once step 2's listing shows every file moved. Skill text only; no code changed. Files lost in earlier adoptions are not restored by this release: if the bundle had been committed, they are in the parent of its feat(core): adopt <name> process from draft proposal commit.
