Bugfixes

Randomize Pantheon Access

• Fixed a logic issue where the fifth Pantheon access location was considered reachable, even when the player hasn't obtained void heart (the requirement for opening) yet.
• Fixed a bug where the items of the pantheon access location couldn't be obtained, if the door was opened prior via the access item.
